Social enterprise and authorized grantee

We accelerate the social mobility of women and promote development of female talent within companies that hire women in middle management and as operators.

Our promise

To develop female talent in managerial and middle management positions through actions informed by quantitative and qualitative analysis such that companies may take advantage of every opportunity that female talent brings to business.

Our theory of change

No single action has enough power to shift mindsets and sustain change. Achieving sustainable change is only possible through working in an articulated and sustained way within three dimensions: the visible, the hidden, and the invisible.
