Elena Olascoaga holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and earned her Master's Degree in Gender and Development at the University of Sussex Institute of Development Studies in the United Kingdom. In 2010 she began her professional career at UN Women, where her passion for the empowerment of women and gender equality emerged. She is the founder of Olascoaga, a consultancy that develops female talent in operative positions and middle management. She specializes in the design of participatory training and action research methodologies that foster conscious interaction between people from different socio-economic contexts, to build understanding that improves the productivity of companies. To date, she has reached more than 10 thousand people in 11 states of Mexico and has multisectoral professional alliances in 14 countries.
Ana Belén Cayetano
Psychologist. Specialist in interculturality and resilience within indigenous populations who migrate to the city for work and study. Through her consultancies, she sensitizes and trains companies in issues of interculturality, teamwork, and assertive communication, with the aim of improving the work environment and the organizational culture of companies. Specialist in the construction of statistical models that measure the results of social projects and their impact on the staff of businesses.
