Decision makers (DM)
Through the methodology (DM), the participating women create a collective awareness of the opportunities, obstacles, allies and detractors they face on the road to developing their leadership. Participants learn about the concept of sorority in action as the guiding principle in the formulation of strategies that allow their leadership to evolve at work.
This is an external mentoring methodology that creates an environment of horizontality that celebrates and capitalizes on the professional careers of the participants and the skills they have developed in their professional lives. It is ideal for empowering women in middle management who want to develop inclusive leadership skills to continue moving up the corporate ladder while receiving emotional salary.
The participating professionals will develop competencies of inclusive leadership
This methodology is specifically designed for people with people who have not graduated from high school and who have a low household income. In addition to being a focus group methodology, it fulfills the role of participatory training.
Participants will develop the competency of abstract thinking, which will allow them to better communicate with their employers and supervisors - and vice versa.
