Elena Olascoaga

lena Olascoaga holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and earned her Master's Degree in Gender and Development at the University of Sussex Institute of Development Studies in the United Kingdom. In 2010 she began her professional career at UN Women, where her passion for the empowerment of women and gender equality emerged. She is the founder of Olascoaga, a consultancy that develops female talent in operative positions and middle management. She specializes in the design of participatory training and action research methodologies that foster conscious interaction between people from different socio-economic contexts, to build understanding that improves the productivity of companies. To date, she has reached more than 10 thousand people in 11 states of Mexico and has multisectoral professional alliances in 14 countries.
